CSI Creative Sports Innovations – Announces the Dugout Manager , also known as the DOM has proven to be much more than just a dugout equipment organizer.
Orange County California, U.S.A. – April 5, 2012. The DOM method, as titled by the creator and designer of the DOM, Dugout Manager has been tested for over 3 years and proven successful as a character building and training tool by Coaches, Managers, and Parents of players from T-ball through Jr. College. 
Since the Dugout Managers conception in 2005, creator an inventor John E Doran intent was to have  the DOM, Dugout Manager used as a teaching and training tool first, and a Baseball & Softball dugout equipment organizer second.
We must agree, as John said “it’s a no brainer and a definite Win/Win”; provide a safer calm dugout, protect players and their equipment while building a stronger character and professional habits.
Creating or breaking a habit takes commitment, consistence and repetitively, like muscle memory. When the DOM Method is applied just as creating a habit, Coaches, Managers and Parents have noted a greater sense of Respect, Discipline, Confidence, Relaxation and Fun. The kids have commented, “we like knowing exactly where to find our equipment all the time and most of all have fun experimenting with different ways to use the DOM, Dugout Manager”. 
CSI Creative Sports Innovations plans to roll-out an aggressive information campaign informing both Travel teams and Recreational teams for baseball & Softball informing them of the proven success using the DOM, Dugout Manager as a character building and training tool by Coaches, Managers, and Parents of players from T-ball through Jr. College.
